Sugar Withdrawal
Sugar Addiction or better known as sugar high or buzz has been shown to exhibit certain basic sugar withdrawal symptoms. These sugar withdrawal symptoms tend to be nothing more than subjective reflections found in a number of people in the process cutting sugar from their diet.
Sugar withdrawal mirrors in many ways caffeine withdrawal. This has led many researchers to conclude that it is more about food than addiction. Sugar withdrawal symptoms include:
- Cravings
- Fatigue
- Tremors
- Depression
- Anxiety
Although sugar withdrawal exists in some general sense, it has not been proven and even if it becomes official it will remain outside of the genuine concern felt for other substance withdrawals.
